FORECLOSURE TASK LIST:

The process for each county will be shown with its own tutorial video attached with this document.

When entering old data- it has its own survey “The updated survey” for the past cases.

  1. Begin with the county site (Warren)

  2. Check for open foreclosure cases from the month of April (follow the tutorial on how to only show this criteria)

  3. Starting at the top of the list- complete the “Updated” survey for the corresponding county.

(IF A DOCKET HAS UNKNOWN HEIRS, OR NO ACTUAL HUMAN NAME, PLEASE SKIP AS USUAL)

  1. Check each open case, repeating steps 3 and 4 until you work through all April cases.

  2. Repeat process for May, and June until Warren county is complete.

  3. Repeat process for remaining counties.
